Rough wireframe of a proposed Newsletter subscription panel, as initially discussed in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Thread:Extension_talk:Newsletter/Drafting_specs and extension proposed in T59935: Handling subscriptions to newsletter through user preferences and T76199: Goal: Newsletter extension for MediaWiki

Main elements are:

  • Title
  • Blurb
  • Number of other subscribers (actual numbers used in mock!)
  • Frequency estimate
