I started with zero knowledge and no expectations and had to learn about the business and the job from scratch. I was here when we grew customers and saw that we still fulfill our services even when times get tough. Through it all, I felt real care and support from everyone,   I'll never forget back in 2021 when I was the first Covid case in the company. I felt everyone's kindness - Ms. Beverly Anne Arcangel reached out personally with comforting words, fruits, and medicines; my teammates had my back. In less than a year, I was proud to succeed in a very challenging responsibility, give birth to my second child, and realize that this is a company where anything is possible because of our teamwork.   Of all the five large companies I've worked for, PXL was the smallest, yet they are the most generous, and they genuinely care for people. When management empowers you to shine and succeed, many things are possible. Here's sharing insights from Loren Saitanan, Customer Service Manager at Prozone Xpress Logistics Inc: Being a part of PXL has opened up a world of unique experiences for me. My first journey overseas in April 2022? That was thanks to PXL. Interacting with freight forwarders at a week-long conference and getting a glimpse of Asia's diverse cultures was pretty cool. And of course, Ma'm Beverly Anne Arcangel's “lucky bag” from Christmas 2021 added that personal touch to every adventure. In my role, I've witnessed and contributed to growth – for the company, my teammates, and our clients. Working towards a common goal, we brainstorm, come up with fresh logistics ideas, and celebrate when our clients benefit from our efforts. It is very satisfying to share what we know, help others, and see how our efforts make a real difference. My advice to newbies in logistics?
