Co-organized by The Rockefeller Foundation and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the panel, moderated by Gillian Koh Tan from MAS, featured key voices including Scott Morris (Asian Development Bank (ADB), Nathaniel Keohane (Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES), and Demetrios Papathanasiou (The World Bank Group).
