What you see here is the reason why we've succeeded in making affordable houses available at scale. As you can imagine, the buying, construction, and selling process is quite complicated. It takes time and hard work to build a tech platform that streamlines and decentralizes the entire process, but we did it. Here’s how our end-to-end process works: 1️⃣ Identify Our in-house technology finds properties that are undervalued. 2️⃣ Estimate Our partner contractors evaluate building and renovation requirements. 3️⃣ Purchase We will proceed with the acquisition once the property has passed through the extensive due diligence phase. 4️⃣ Renovate or Build & Sell Our partner agents handle sales while our partner contractors take care of the renovation. 5️⃣ Loan Processing Our partner agents assist homebuyers in securing loans. 6️⃣ Move-In Our home buyers move in once loans are approved. By decentralizing through local partner networks and leveraging ERP technology, we ensure efficiency and transparency at every step.

It’s hard for a small-scale contractor to grow his business in the Philippines. The main reason? They just cannot wait for half a year after the end of the work to get paid. That’s the way it goes in traditional systems, and of course, these contractors don’t have the capital to accept bigger projects and pay workers upfront. Hardworkers should have the opportunities they deserve, and it’s now possible for our partner contractors to get their fair and timely compensation, thanks to our innovative approach. With our system, we ensure contractors are paid within a week from the approval of each progress. So how are we making real-time payments happen? 1️⃣ Our partner contractors use our app to update their progress, uploading pictures of the projects.  2️⃣ Our engineering team assesses the properties through our system to ensure the specified standards of quality and efficiency in every project.  3️⃣ Once validated, payments are released by our back office swiftly, ensuring no delays. By integrating advanced technology with a human touch, we’re not just building properties—we’re building trust, efficiency, and empowerment in the real estate industry.

How are we transforming the real estate industry? 🚀 1️⃣ Head Office: Our proprietary system identifies undervalued properties and monitors their entire lifecycle in real-time. Significantly fewer people are needed to supervise the process. 2️⃣ Process: The apps used by our partner brokers and contractors allow two-way communication and synchronization of progress for each transaction. It completely removes the need for satellite offices on the ground. 3️⃣ Areas: Our networks of brokers and contractors, empowered by technology, build and sell properties in the areas where they live and operate, reducing risks while increasing productivity. By decentralizing processes and leveraging advanced technology, we're making real estate more efficient and transparent.

Most Filipinos can’t afford a house near jobs. This issue stems from various systemic factors. The Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) published a comprehensive discussion on the critical issue of housing affordability in our country. This insightful study delves into the metrics and methodologies for measuring affordability, shedding light on the challenges and potential solutions. This study provides some intriguing insights into the situation. For example, the poor and low-income households are not able to afford housing priced at 30% of their income, while the middle-income and rich are able to afford housing priced at more than 30% of their income. The study also shows that the structure of a family (i.e., size and presence of children) affects housing affordability. To read the full discussion paper, click the link in our comment 👇

“If we continue to live in rental houses until we are old, we won’t be able to see where all of our hard work has gone.
