Last week, our co-lead Xiaoxi Lian and co-founder Randika Lawson De Mel joined EES TWG5 - EvalYouth Europe for an insightful exchange session on “Voices of the New Generation: Young and Emerging Evaluators Discuss Expectations and Challenges” at #EES2024🙌 💫 It was an engaging conversation with current and former YEEs, exploring pathways to better support the growth of young evaluators in Europe and beyond. 💐Kudos to Lea Corsetti and Cristina Cribillers Reig for their amazing work! Looking forward to more collaborations in future!

🌟 Proud moment for EvalYouth Asia as we presented at EES in Rimini! 🌍 Our team—Xiaoxi Lian CHATHURANGA SAMARASINGHE Dorothy Mae Albiento and Prabin Nanicha Shrestha —highlighted how Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEEs) in Asia are driving the evaluation ecosystem forward. 🚀 From sharing personal growth stories to fostering networks, our YEEs are becoming key players in national, regional, and global evaluation spaces. Together, we're creating a YEE-friendly ecosystem that nurtures learning, leadership, and social change. Huge thanks to all YEEs involved and the global community for supporting this journey! 💫 #EES2024 #EvalYouthAsia #YEEs #EvaluationLeadership

It was an honor to host the first Employers Spotlight since the relaunch of #P2P sessions, featuring not just one, but two colleagues from different #UN agencies. They offered personal and practical advice to #YEEs on essential skills, how to develop them, how to stand out in the #recruitment process, and potential opportunities with #UNFPA and #UNICEF in the region. #EvalYouth #Evaluation #Monitoring #Career #GlobalDevelopment #International #UnitedNations
