Standard library functions with UTF-8 API on Windows
This package forms part of the Boost C Libraries collection.
The library provides an implementation of standard C and C library functions which are UTF-8 aware on Windows without requiring to use the Wipe API.
On POSIX platforms, where UTF-8 is already commonly used, the calls in Nowide just alias to their standard counterparts.
