Patrons interested in visiting the Office of Public Records to conduct genealogy research must first submit their research interests using a Public Records Research Form. Find the forms under service details. Requests will be processed electronically and researchers will receive their requests via email. In the event a researcher would like to visit the Archives to conduct research, please call or email your preferred research day(s) with the specific research you propose to undertake. Researchers must be scheduled and confirmed ahead of time by an archivist prior to the day of research.
Please provide the maximum amount of information on the form to ensure optimum research and reference service efforts. Due to the high volume of inquiries the Archives receives on a daily basis, patrons who submit multiple or large requests may experience longer waits.
