Pillow

Over the past year, I’ve taken the time to carefully review feedback on Simba and its competitors. Initially, I hesitated to spend so much on a pillow, but then I thought—if I can spend on multiple outings each month, why not invest in quality sleep? After all, I haven’t had a truly restful night in the past four years due to health and medical challenges, along with the demands of having a young family.

Only had the pillow for a week and what a difference it’s made. Mattress next.

Great product and customer service

Very helpful support from Edmar T, who did everything to make sure we got the product we were looking for.
There was a slight hiccup with delivery but rectified without issue and we are very happy with the Luxe Mattress with mattress cover, duvet and pillows! Super comfy!

Amazing company

The delivery team were amazing, kept me informed of expected delivery times and so polite and helpful when they did arrive. Emails kept me informed of deliveries and what to expect. The mattress itself is just amazing, so comfortable. Overall a very pleasant company to deal with.

Highly recommended

The Simba Hybrid mattress topper is probably one of the best toppers I’ve used to date. Having used a few brands, this one is more on the supportive side. Its helped to alleviate hip/joint pains. Like any topper that has memory foam, it does have a tendency to be hotter than a main mattress, but nothing that is a real issue. There were no chemical smells when unwrapping or whilst waiting for the topper to expand. Highly recommended.

Great all round service

Great all round service. The mattress is perfect. The pillow is sublimely comfortable and feels like resting one head on air.

Exceptional customer service and amazing quality.
I was hesitant to spend so much on a mattress, but it's the vedt decision I've made in a long time! Well worth the money, from the first night I've slept better.

Love my pro mattress

Love my pro mattress, I struggle with my back and took me a long time to find a decent mattress that does not leave me aching when I wake up. I was gutted that after 3 years I had a small dip appear. Contacted support and after taking a few photos they exchanged the mattress under the warranty for me. Simple process, Latvia was very professional and communication was excellent. They sent a cover for the old one and took it away free of charge as well. I have the same great
Sleep and I highly recommend the pro mattress and the customer service :)

Excellent customer service from a trustworthy company

Unfortunately I had to return my Simba mattress as it just didn't suit me. It was really easy to apply for a return and the customer service team were outstanding with the support they provided over arranging the return. The refund took a little longer than anticipated but again their customer service team were quick to respond to my emails and get it sorted. Even though the mattress didn't suit me, I would highly recommend Simba as being a trustworthy company to deal with.

I was skeptical ngl

I was skeptical ngl. I’ve been using this pillow now for 3 nights I noticed a difference on the first night! It keeps me cool, I wake up in the morning with literally no neck pain (bearing in mind I’ve been suffering from neck issues for over 10 years)….I’ve only given 4 stars as it’s still early days I guess if things stay as they are for another 7 or so days please consider it a 5* rating.

Best mattress ever

Everything about the experience from ordering online to prompt delivery was seamless. The mattress, duvet and pillows were fabulous. We have been sleeping so well since we got our new mattress. Delighted with everything .

Easy delivery, easy assembly

We ordered the Simba hybrid pro and it is such a comfy mattress. Delivery was easy, we had a phone call confirming arrival. Assembly involved simply opening the box and opening the mattress to allow it to expand. Once expanded we had the best night sleep we’ve had in ages. The mattress has a slight chemical type smell when you first open it but after almost a week this smell is subsiding, it isn’t an issue either way. Would definitely recommend these mattresses, they are fab and so comfy

Stiff back and neck

I have back problems because of the Simba mattress. Every morning, I wake up stiff. Finally getting rid of it, although it is only 2 years old. We complained to Simba, and they made us take a dozen photos to show the dips that had formed from our bodies before they were willing to replace it (this is our second Simba). Yes, we rotate it! Which is SO annoying, as our mattress is a Super King with NO HANDLES!!!!

Whenever my husband gets up in the night, the whole mattress bounces so I can feel it and am often awoken.

The mattress shop we bought our replacement from says they get the most complaints from Simba owners. So I am amazed there are so many good reviews here.

Very good product

Very easy to order. Delivery was prompt. Lovely comfortable mattress. Good selection to choose from, nice pillows and mattress cover supplied with the mattress. It took a few hours to inflate so we left it overnight before using it.

Mattress cover replacement

I purchased mattress cover replacement. Massive difference from the original one that mattress came in(approx 5y ago). New one has additional zip so only top part can be removed for washing or dry cleaning. Very easy to put on. Delivery speedy and within promised time frame so no time wasted there.

I ordered a Simba Mattress

I ordered a Simba Mattress, however it was never delivered.
When I placed the order, I was prompted to provide both a delivery address and a billing address. I wasn’t aware that selecting DivideBuy for split payment would prevent the mattress from being delivered to the delivery address, nor would it allow for the collection of the old mattress fromt eh delivery.

After multiple emails back and fourth from Simba and DivideBuy the mattress has still not been delivered and no one is getting back to me!

I liked the easy ordering and…

I liked the easy ordering and communication.
I disliked the fact that the delivery company phoned me at the point of delivery to tell me it's their policy not to leave any parcels with anyone under 18 years old. What nonsense, its a mattress,not a set of knives !

The drivers confirm that when arriving at the property, the door was opened by a young child, who was able to confirm that they were home alone at the time. As our products are delivered to the room of choice, and due to the high value of these, we are currently unable to deliver under the circumstances given on the day. Despite this, we are happy to see that the drivers were able to return to your property later that day to deliver your new Simba products.
