📢 A global technology outage at a major software firm has disrupted IT systems worldwide, impacting various sectors, including business travel and aviation. Tandem’s incident response team is monitoring the situation closely. Our consultants are working diligently to support our customers, partners, and colleagues affected by this disruption. As of 8pm NZT this evening, Air New Zealand flights were operating normally. Some customers may be experiencing payment issues if they are with impacted banks. The airline is working through any further potential impacts to their systems or operations and will provide updates as required. We are committed to keeping our customers and travellers informed.
