• Recruitment and Human Resources Subcommittee | Development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies, performance management systems, and HR policies to attract, retain, and support a high-performing team within the art space. Collaborating with the executive team to ensure compliance with employment laws, foster a positive work culture, and engage dedicated volunteers to contribute to the organisation's success.
