Congrats to the team at World Vision Ireland for creating a positive work environment and for being recognised for those efforts! 🧡 #WeAreWorldVision
We were delighted to attend the Charities Institute Ireland Excellence Awards last night, and were honoured to win in the Employer Excellence Award category 🎉 In a time where it’s important to see the whole person and not just an employee it is great that our efforts to foster a positive work environment are being recognised. Firstly, we would like to thank the team and our board! All things in life and work require cooperation, collaboration and compromise and are a “two-way street”. Here in World Vision Ireland, the team at every level practice these qualities. Without our wonderful team we couldn’t have been nominated for this award. Fostering a positive workplace is everyone’s responsibility and the team works together to create this culture.
