    In my last role, I never built relationships. As a flight attendant, I worked with different people each shift. Just as connections would start to form, The flight would end! So working at TAS, Has been a complete change for me. Here, it's easy to create those long-lasting relationships, The culture supports it completely. Everyone here is down-to-earth and humble, So it's easy to connect. And because everyone is so supportive, I always feel trusted to keep up. I’m encouraged to do my work, Achieve my goals, And manage my own tasks. There’s no one breathing down my neck, But there’s always someone ready to help if I need it.     5 Things I’ve learnt in 5 years of business That generate over $5Million in revenue Now this has been a crazy ride. So buckle in. It hasn’t been easy I’ve almost lost everything a few times I’ve had my detractors But through all of this, 5 things kept me going and allowed me to build this epic team, doing some of the most coolest shit anyone gets to do 1-Community When I started I knew I needed to network. But I hated talking to randoms, making small talk and large crowds But eventually I slowly built a community around me People who became friends Networking became the foundation Without it, I have no business 2-LinkedIn This platform has delivered time and time again People tell me how they never get any leads People tell me that posting daily doesn’t work Well then, You’re doing it wrong You’re not consistent You’re not sharing content people want Because for every single person I know who has done this approach diligently is now reaping the rewards But it doesn’t just serve business up on a platter for you. You need to stick at it for a long time and engage fully with this community. 3-TikTok Taking a chance on Jony back in 2022 was one of the dumbest yet rewarding decisions I have ever made I had no right hiring her at the time I knew nothing about TikTok But I had a feeling it was the right move After an awkward phone call with Jony sitting at the top of a ladder at her retail job, I replied, “Fuck it, let’s see what we can do together” 2.5 years later and we have 10s of Millions of people who see our faces every month And instead of a Personal Branding Agency, we became a fully fledged Organic Social Agency 4-Newsletter This is my next big bet We’ve got 10,000 subs in the first 8 months We've started generating revenue from it It’s early days but I truly believe the newsletter is going to be the biggest reason for our future success 5-My Team Honestly, what can I say I’ve never been more proud to say I’m the lead of this particular group of people in my career And I have lead some epic teams in the past We are 34 now But I’m not really sure how it got to this point I love my team They work bloody hard for us And although I am definitely the grumpy boss, I like to think that they know I’ve got their back To my team, you are the FUCKEN BEST Here’s to another 5 years Happy Birthday The Attention Seeker

    I’ve always been drawn to great workplaces. It’s a fact. I seek out places that challenge the status quo And prioritize innovation; Where employees are valued And boundaries are pushed. But TAS truly stands out, Because we embody our values in everything we do. This comes from Stan’s leadership, no doubt, But it’s carried out in the day-to-day, too. Take the morning shoutouts And how the whole team communicates with emotional maturity. Creating a deep sense of mutual respect and generosity Between us all. This extends to our transparency around operations, Because everyone understands the “why” behind our business decisions. Like choosing to invest time and resources Into creating a positive team environment.
