Chief Diversity Officer and Corporate Vice President of Talent and Learning | Microsoft

As we release Microsoft’s 2024 Global Diversity & Inclusion Report today, we do so knowing this work is more important than ever before. In this era of AI, strengthening inclusion and removing barriers are central to how we move forward as a global society, so that every employee and ultimately every person has the access, opportunity, and skills to participate in the power and promise of technology. In this 11th year of sharing our progress toward diversity and inclusion, our clarity of purpose continues to be directly connected to our company mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. And as we approach our 50th anniversary, we are reminded that D&I has always been at the core of our business. I am energized by the areas where we have accrued progress—for example in representation at some senior leader levels for women and racial and ethnic minority groups, and by the new data and insights we share for the first time this year—such as global self-identification data for employees in the disability, military, and Indigenous communities. With some progress, we remain focused on hiring, developing, and retaining talent to close gaps and enable our workforce to thrive. I invite you to explore my new LinkedIn newsletter, Inside Inclusion, where I talk about progress, what it takes to do this work at a global scale, and how we prioritize the work ahead. You can explore the full report at https://aka.ms/DIReport I invite you to subscribe below for future insights!

Chief Marketing Officer, AI at Work @ Microsoft | Predicting, shaping and innovating for the future of work | Tech optimist

This morning, I had the privilege of joining Satya Nadella at the Microsoft AI Tour in London to unveil groundbreaking advancements in Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365. These new agentic capabilities are set to bring AI-first business process to every organization. Here are the highlights:   1. The ability to 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 will be in public preview next month. 2. We introduced 𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝟑𝟔𝟓, designed to drive business value across sales, service, finance, and supply chain teams.   Copilot is your AI assistant, and Copilot Studio is where you easily create and manage agents (which you can think of as the new apps for an AI-powered world). Before long, every organization will have a constellation of agents, working on behalf of individuals, teams, or functions.   What excites me most about these developments is the transformative impact they will have on how businesses operate. With 60 percent of the Fortune 500 already leveraging Copilot, we're not just witnessing incremental improvements; we're seeing a fundamental shift in business paradigms. Organizations like Clifford Chance, McKinsey & Company, Pets at Home, and Thomson Reuters are already creating autonomous agents to increase revenue, reduce costs, and scale impact. Internally at Microsoft, our own success stories are equally powerful. One of our sales teams has achieved 9.4% higher revenue per seller and closed 20% more deals. A team within our Customer Service and Support group is resolving cases nearly 12% faster. Our marketing team is seeing a 21.5% increase conversion rate on Azure.com, and our HR employee self-service agent is answering questions with 42% greater accuracy. This is just the beginning as we reimagine our business function-by-function to be AI-first, and we’ll continue to share our progress along the way.   Read more about today's announcements in my latest blog: https://lnkd.in/gCfTWmtn
