Speaking at the AFR’s ESG Summit, Michaela Jamison, Jarden’s Head of ESG Research, emphasised the growing significance of the "S" (Social) and "G" (Governance) aspects for investors, noting the substantial impact on shareholder value when mishandled. Michaela's recent research highlighted the critical role of clawbacks for addressing behavioural or misconduct issues. "In our view, these clawback provisions, along with inclusion of behavioural KPIs in remuneration, are important as they create a stronger monetary incentive to prevent poor behaviour." #ESG #afresgsummit Ellie Davies Aaron Weinman
