🌿 We’re 'plant people' at B:HIVE - and proudly so! Hundreds of indoor plants call B:HIVE home, with huge inbuilt planter beds on every level. Indoor landscaping greets our visitors - with lush greenery covering large parts of the ground floor.  It's fairly ambitious, but we aim to maintain a “one plant per person” ratio throughout B:HIVE.... and so far, so good! Aesthetically, it looks great - but we also think it supports wellbeing - and of course, provides many inspiring places to gather throughout the B:HIVE. We’re pretty proud of how well our indoor plants thrive at B:HIVE - testament to the fresh air and natural light that floods our spectacular space! 📲 Interested to see for yourself? We would love to show you around. Do reach out if you would like to book a tour - even if just for a nosey! More than 1700 members work out of this space currently - our passion for planting is just the start!

🍊 Have you seen - or, better yet, "experienced" - the iconic staircase at B:HIVE HQ? If you feel somewhat energised when seeing our stairs, you're not alone. That feeling is entirely by design. We love seeing people arrive for the first time at B:HIVE and feast their eyes. There are quite often jaws dropped - and the same word mouthed - "WOW".  The distinctive orange was chosen because of its universality as a colour of energy. And, with energy as a key driver of the workplace atmosphere at B:HIVE, it certainly works for us! We love our iconic staircase, they're a showstopper alright. 💡 Did you know our bright orange stairs helped B:HIVE HQ win 'Resene Total Colour Commercial Interior Shared Space Award'. The judges said “drenched in colour, this central staircase feels like something out of Jack and the Beanstalk. Forget taking the lift when there are colourful stairs like these to enjoy!” ( 📲 Interested? Please come and see for yourself. We would love to show you around. Do reach out if you would like to book a tour - even if just for a nosey! More than 1700 members work out of this space currently - the iconic staircase is just the start!) #design #colour #commercialinterior #workspace #energy #nzbusiness

🔸 Bayer is a global pharmaceutical company with more than 100,000 employed worldwide. B:HIVE, Smales Farm is proud to be home for Bayer's New Zealand team where they look after a suite of well known and innovative products (like Berocca and Claratyne). We spoke to Bayer's Senior Brand Manager, Daniela Farrell about the dynamic and busy organisation that is Bayer - and how the 20 team work out of the B:HIVE. Increasingly, given the flexibility of the modern workplace, Bayer's emphasis is on really coming together as a #team and building that connection when in the office. We love that. Thanks for sharing Daniela! ➡ A link to the story is in the comments. 📸 Bayer's name proudly on the office door at the B:HIVE, Smales Farm #workplace #team #nzbusiness
