Peterhead Football Club er en skotsk fotballklubb fra byen Peterhead i Aberdeenshire. Klubben spiller i 2008/09-sesongen i Second Division (nivå 3). Klubbens hjemmebane er Balmoor Stadium.
Peterhead FC ble stiftet i 1890. De ble etter hvert medlem i Highland League, og vant ligaen fem ganger, i 1947, 1949, 1950, 1989 og 1999. I 1997 flyttet klubben fra Recreation Park til sin nye hjemmebane Balmoor Stadium. Sammen med Elgin City ble Peterhead i 2000 valgt inn i Scottish Football League (nivå 4).
Klubben har etablert seg i den profesjonelle ligaen, og rykket i 2005 opp i Second Division (nivå 3).
