Kenneth Ewart Boulding (født 18. januar 1910, død 18. mars 1993) var en engelsk/amerikansk økonom, fredsforsker, fredsaktivist, poet, filosof og systemteoretiker.[18][19] Han var en av grunnleggerne av generell systemteori som fag, og aktiv innen en rekke økonomiske og samfunnsvitenskapelige forskningsområder. Han var gift med Elise M. Boulding.
