Say 👋 to Mattilsynet/Norwegian Food Safety Authority, represented by Kari Sylvelin Strand and Ingunn Gråbergsveen, who have recently gone through a major transformation when it comes to including design! Kari and Ingunn are joining us at Y 2024 to talk about Mattilsynet's journey through seamlessly expanding their design team from 1 to 17 employees, in the span of only 2 years 🤩 Mattilsynet makes sure that the food and water in Norway are safe and good for you. They also take care of animals and plants. They check everything from where food starts (like farms) to where it ends up (like your table) to stop sickness and make sure that you stay healthy! Here’s another speaker announcement for you 🤗 Ryan Singer is coming to Y Oslo 2024! 🎉🎉🎉 Ryan has worked on all levels of the software stack, from UI design to programming to strategy. Over 17 years at Basecamp (previously known as 37signals), he designed features used by millions and led product development as Head of Strategy. Ryan has a particular interest in the intersection of design, technology, and business, focusing on how to create products that are not only user-friendly but also viable and competitive in the market. 
His book, "Shape Up," became a guide for people working through the difficult aspects of product development, highlighting methods that are not restricted by traditional processes. We look forward to welcoming him to Oslo Konserthus in October 🙌 #YOslo #Y2024
