This year, for the first time, our amazing colleagues from across Europe came together for a #TeamBuilding weekend in the heart of beautiful Romania. 💙 From shared stories to newfound talents, the team building fostered a sense of #teamwork that will undoubtedly benefit us back in the office. 🙌 The first European team building weekend was a real success, leaving us with unforgettable memories and a much stronger #TeamSpirit. 🤝 A special shout-out to all our colleagues who joined us and to Ascendis for their fantastic energy and for guiding us through the fun and challenging activities!

#SundayRecap This past weekend (July 6th-9th), the Sibiu Cycling Tour transformed the city center and the surrounding areas of Sibiu into a vibrant hub of #energy and #excitement! We also enjoyed the festivities yesterday, together with everyone who visited our tent and took some selfies. A big congratulations to Andrei Cărbunarea from the #NationalRomanianTeam! He claimed the #RedJersey, offered by our colleague Marius Marginean, for being the top-finishing Romanian #rider. Bravo, Andrei!

Last weekend, our colleagues at LANCO Romania participated in the #SponsorRace, an event organized by Sibiu Cycling Tour. 🚴♂️🚴♀️ The race was dedicated to amateur cyclists in Sibiu. Approximately 300 people from Sibiu joined the competition, including 16 colleagues from the #LANCO team. Regardless of their experience level, our colleagues stepped outside their comfort zone and achieved personal bests, fueled by ambition and cooperation. 💙 We are truly proud of our #LANCOTeam and the team spirit they have shown! 🥰
