You will lead a Finance department consisting of skilled people in accounting, payroll, and control. Growing significantly, Kitron Technology Centre in Chennai, India, is continuously exploring potential areas where it can contribute to a successful collaboration with Kitron customers worldwide. The team aims to ensure efficiency by implementing unified processes, utilizing standardized templates, sharing best practices, and driving digitalization through advanced analytics and AI.   Meanwhile, the Automation Services department is dedicated to optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting customers' design products for automation, and assisting sales in setting up competitive offerings. Aaron Craig’s interest in electronics started in childhood when his grandfather and his father owned a cleaning business. “I remember coming over here to help when I was maybe 12 years old, and seeing all the electronics really sparked my imagination,” he remembers. Now, Aaron has 16 years of experience at Kitron US and enjoys his role as Inventory Supervisor. Commitment, Innovation, and Engagement, all three Kitron values, align with Aaron’s personal beliefs, allowing him to appreciate his work and team every day. According to Aaron, the working culture at Kitron is very supportive. “We are a big giant family, and everybody has everybody else's back. It makes coming to work a lot easier”. This week, Kitron’s hometown Arendal is hosting #Arendalsuka, Norway's largest gathering of politicians, non-governmental organisations, and businesses dedicated to strengthening the belief in political empowerment and democracy through open discussion. Kitron is undoubtedly glad to be a part of such an event!     Each year, Kitron Norway participates in numerous activities of Arendalsuka, including open discussions and debates. Hans Petter Thomassen, VP Nordics & North America of Kitron Group, participated in this year's panel debate organized by The Defence and Security Industry Association (FSi) regarding Norwegian capability to produce defence equipment. During Arendalsuka, the city is filled with interesting and educational exhibitions and events. It’s always a pleasure to participate!
