Hexagon Composites announces the sale of Hexagon Ragasco to Worthington Enterprises. “Hexagon Ragasco has been an important part of the Hexagon Group’ for over 20 years, and we take great pride in the position the company has developed to date. Worthington Enterprises is a highly respected player in our industry. This transaction will enable Hexagon Ragasco to grow in new geographies and verticals,” says Jon Erik Engeset, CEO Hexagon Composites. Hexagon has also entered an agreement with Worthington to acquire 49% of their Sustainable Energy Solutions business.   Worthington Enterprises will acquire 100% of Hexagon Ragasco and the sale is expected to close on or around 3 June. 🔗Read more: https://lnkd.in/dVM7A42j

We presented our #Q1 2024 results today: 📈Record revenues in Hexagon Agility's Mobile Pipeline business, for the 8th quarter in a row! 📲 Hexagon Ragasco’s Linktra® smart cylinder was launched by Linde nationwide in Norway, further incentivizing the switch from steel to composite cylinders. 🎯NOK 1,1 billion group revenues for the quarter, with a 7% EBITDA margin. ⏩ On track to deliver 2025 targets, >6B NOK in revenues and 15% EBITDA margin. 📣The adoption of #RNG is accelerating!   🚛In 2023, 79% of U.S. on-road fuel for natural gas vehicles was renewable. Marking a 16% increase from 2022.   ♻️RNG has the lowest carbon intensity of any clean fuel.
