- Initiated and implemented driver based IT cost TM1 model (TBM framework) at Momentum Metropolitan to make cost of central managed infrastructure and operations (45 cost centers, 350 IT staff, 150 services) more transparent and presenting 15 business units with an itemized bill of IT services consumed.

✔ Played a major role in establishing a foundation for US$100M in charge-out calculations and enabled accurate product profitability by introducing a driver-based costing system for Central IT & Client Services divisions.

Designed multidimensional cost cubes with associated drivers to calculate costs by product, process, client, and activity of support services. The system is still used today as fact-based support for charge-out rates.
