𝗫𝗣𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗨𝗕 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼   Four years ago, XPRTHUB embarked on an ambitious journey to design a Lifting Tool for Heerema for their Greater Changua Project in Taiwan.   Challenges were aplenty, but our engineers rose to the occasion, tackling hurdles such as: - Utilizing the Flange of the WTG Jacket for lifting; - Ensuring structural strength of both the Tool and the Flange of the Jacket; - Height between the Crane Block and Jacket with the Crane Block almost fully up; - Deformations of the Flange even though structural strength was warranted.   Today, we're thrilled to show you our solution, meticulously designed by our talented team and fabricate @Breeman, Genemuiden.   Stay tuned as we continue to push the boundaries of engineering at XPRTHUB!   #XPRTHUB #LiftingTool #LiftingEquipment #Wind #Jacket

Our patented Piled Transition Piece (PTP) is revolutionizing WTG support structures for deeper waters by integrating the Monopile, Transition Piece, and foundation frame into a single unit. We did it! After a long and painstaking process we finally obtained the patent for our innovative installation method for larger TPless MP’s, so called PTP. The design allows for the offshore installation of large PTP’s with reduced piling noise and directional foundation strength without consuming any fatigue life of the MP itself.
