You can register up to two persons per member organisation. After the reception, you can meet the rest of your group at Amstelveld.     Welcome to Shell. Everyone. Some good news, as the Pride month draws to a close. The Workplace Pride Global Benchmark has just awarded Shell a score of 97.2%, which means we are ‘among the very best, truly leading the way for others.’ Shell has a bold vision: To become one of the most diverse and inclusive organisations in the world.  Where everyone feels valued, respected and has a strong sense of belonging. How will we achieve this? -> By making sure our inclusion strategy is about absolutely everyone. So whoever you are, and wherever you are, you should feel free to be yourself at Shell. -> By understanding that each of us starts from a different place, and levelling the playing field for everyone means that we have to be targeted. We do that by focusing on four areas: Gender, Race & Ethnicity, LGBT  and Disability Inclusion and enABLEment. -> By being clear about our roadmap and guiding principles, which were built from hundreds of conversations with colleagues, so you know where we are today, where we want to go and how we plan to get there. We don’t have all the answers. And we’ll keep talking, listening, learning and improving our approach. And even with a score of 97.23% in the Global Benchmark, there is still room for further improvement! #strategy #diversity #inclusion

It is wonderful to see The HEINEKEN Company embracing diversity and working towards a more inclusive environment where everyone can be their true selves. As a valued member of Workplace Pride, we look forward to your continued efforts throughout the year. Together, we can make every month a celebration of pride and inclusivity.     We’re on the cusp of ending Pride month. A month filled with initiatives run by colleagues to build bridges, bring people together and act as a catalyst for positive change.   A definite highlight this year was a panel discussion hosted by our wonderful Lady Heineken and joined by Yuli Kim, a Workplace Pride Program Development Director. Her words stuck with me: "It's Pride Month every month."   I feel this is core to our purpose at The HEINEKEN Company: to brew the joy of true togetherness to inspire a better world. We are on a journey to embrace diversity and ensure that everyone feels included and welcome to be their true selves.   A big thanks to all colleagues who initiated great activities and discussions over the past few weeks. Looking at the calendar for the rest of the year, we take Yuli's words to heart. It doesn't stop today. We will continue to work with HOP (HEINEKEN Open and Proud) and our DEI Ambassadors to foster inclusivity all year long.     At PATH, we all have a responsibility to support LGBTQIA inclusion—for our colleagues and in our programs. As #PrideMonth draws to a close, Peder D., Market Dynamics Program Officer and leader of our Pride at PATH colleague resource group, shares his takeaways from the 2024 Workplace Pride International Conference: 🎙️ It's important for LGBTQIA employees to engage in courageous conversations and share their stories—especially if they are protected by laws and cultural norms where they live and work. 🎧 Allies can support inclusion by listening to LGBTQIA employees while respecting their boundaries and supporting employee-driven initiatives. 🌈 It's crucial for organizational leaders to speak out and express LGBTQIA inclusion as a core value, when speaking to internal audiences and to external partners.
