Isabel zoekt een opvolger! 🔎 Ben jij opzoek naar een stageplek waar je wordt gezien als collega en veel zelfstandigheid kan laten zien, dan ben je bij ons op het juiste adres! Wil je weten hoe het is om stage bij ons te lopen? Isabel Custers vertelt over haar Learning & Development stage op de HR afdeling: “Ik heb Thomas Regout International als een leuke stageplek ervaren. Tijdens mijn stageperiode heb ik veel geleerd, niet alleen over het HR-vakgebied, maar ook over mijzelf als persoon. Je wordt echt gezien als een collega en niet als een stagiair. Ik ben erg dankbaar voor de ruimte die ik tijdens mijn stage heb gekregen voor zowel mijn afstudeeronderzoek, interesses en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Bij het kiezen van mijn stageplek heb ik expres gekozen voor een branche waarvan ik dacht dat het wellicht minder bij mij zou passen. Tijdens mijn stage ben ik bezig geweest met het ontwikkelen van de modules voor het e-learning programma Ozone. Dit deed ik samen met mijn stagebegeleidster Cleo Göbbels, zij heeft mij volledig vrijgelaten in de taken die ik kreeg en de scriptie die ik heb geschreven. Cleo heeft veel geduld en is duidelijk in wat zij wil overbrengen, maar is zeker ook een lief en leuk persoon. Zij wist precies wat ik nodig had, gaf juiste feedback en keek naar wat ik zelf wilde leren. Als je het mij vraagt, de perfecte begeleidster voor een meeloop- en afstudeerstage! Al met al heb ik een hele fijne stageperiode gehad, waar ik me gelukkig voelde en op mijn plek zat en dat was voor mij buiten de ervaring ook het belangrijkst.
