Curated by Nxt — Amsterdam Open Air 2024 🎪🌖 When the festival approached us to curate a digital art programme for their 13th edition at Gaasperpark in Amsterdam East, we called upon a selection of digital artists to show their work at the festival, across 1-2 June. Works included morphing visuals on the festival's totemic main stage LED towers, to interactive works at the waterside area. Thank you to all that journeyed into the visual worlds of Balfua, Post Neon, Roelof Knol and Deframe alongside sets from internationally renowned DJs. Event recap — I-DO: Sculptures & Collectibles 🔋 As May drew to a close, and after weeks of online and offline hype, Amsterdam 3D design collective I-DO transformed the Nxt Stage to deliver one of the most ambitious and visually impressive events ever hosted in the museum. Across two days and nights, I-DO showcased never-before-seen pieces made in collaboration with collaborators across music, fashion and art: artist and producer Sevdaliza, Amsterdam streetwear pioneers Daily Paper, as well as artists Maria Bodil & Kilian Vos and Blqck Rose.
