Our main areas of expertise include biomarker identification and development, clinical bioanalysis, soluble biomarker analysis (utilising MSD, ELISA, RIA, fluorescence and luminescence-based technologies), cell biology (including flow cytometry and ELISpot) and genomic services to support clinical trials and translational studies. In our latest blog, Caroline Beltran highlights a Nature Medicine study on IL-13Rα2-targeted CAR-T cells for glioblastoma. Employing technologies including cytokine profiling, flow cytometry, qPCR, and immunohistochemistry, the study aimed to gain deeper insights into CAR-T cell performance, assessing the safety, feasibility, and biological activity of these cells when delivered directly to the tumour site in patients with recurrent high-grade gliomas.
