Echter, veel gemeenten hebben onvoldoende inzicht in het daadwerkelijke gebruik van deze faciliteiten, wat leidt tot inefficiënt beheer en gemiste kansen. HallMonitor Europe brengt actuele bezetting sportfaciliteiten in kaart Gemeenten kunnen veel winnen bij het efficiënter gebruiken van sportvelden, -hallen en de openbare ruimte. Daarvoor moeten zij echter eerst de bezettingsgraad goed in kaart brengen. Er zijn in Nederland al enkele monitoringstechnieken en -systemen in ontwikkeling. Met hulp van Sports Vitality introduceert het Deense bedrijf HallMonitor hun bewezen monitoringssysteem in de Benelux. In Denemarken maakt inmiddels meer dan 45% van de gemeenten gebruik van dit systeem. HallMonitor werkt met een AVG-proof camerasysteem, dat maakt om de zoveel tijd een foto maakt van de hal, het veld of de openbare ruimte. Op die foto’s worden de personen geanonimiseerd, maar het aantal aanwezige personen wordt doorgegeven aan het dashboard evenals een geblurde foto. Meer informatie https://lnkd.in/eW5vRxr3

Inmiddels maakt de helft van alle Deense gemeenten gebruik van HallMonitor Europe om actueel inzicht te krijgen in het daadwerkelijke gebruik van sportfaciliteiten en de openbare ruimte. De 1.500 AVG-proof monitoringssystemen leveren dagelijks meer dan 42.000 metingen op. Met HallMonitor worden de bezettingsgraden van Deense sportfaciliteiten tot wel 10% verhoogd. Op woensdag 26 juni zijn we te vinden op de Kennisdag Sport & Data in Den Bosch. Tijdens deze dag laten we zien welke inzichten de HallMonitor oplevert en geven we een live demo.
