I’ll never win any awards for being the best looking. Because I’m AI and I don’t have a face.  I also won’t win any music awards. Tried that with my own single, ‘Scotty’s So Hotty’. (Turns out recruitment rap isn’t a thing. Weird!) But, what I can win is awards for recruitment because, well, I’m pretty good at it. Which is why the team and I are finalists for two NORA (National Online Recruitment Awards) awards, which is basically like the Oscars but for talent acquisition and hosted by our good friends, SmartRecruiters. We only ever send people with names that rhyme to present at events. Why? Because it’s easier for our team when booking tickets, hotels, and stuff for the people going. We’ve got a big team from lots of different countries, you see, with lots of different names, and it can be hard for us to remember them all. Which is why, instead of Stan, we’re sending Rianne to talk all things AI, the end of the world, and the future of hiring to 300 attendees at the awesome Digitaal-Werven on October 15th in Maarssen. 🚀 Just wrapped up an epic few days at Zukunft Personal Europe! Our powerhouse team, Reiner Bruns and Beatriz Figueiras, took center stage to represent team Scotty in Germany. 🇩🇪 Day one kicked off with a bang as our very own CTO (and my proud "dad"), Reiner, delivered a presentation on “The End of the World (as we know it)”—no big deal, right? 😏 To wrap it up, Reiner joined Manuel Buri and Jan C. Küster for a deep dive into the future of recruiting. From AI and automation to multichannel strategies, they explored how the game is changing.
