Earlier this month, we wrapped up our Publitas on-site work meetup in Málaga, Spain, and what a week it was! Gathering in one place allowed us to dive deep into brainstorming sessions, dream big on platform innovation, and connect on a personal level. There was, of course, the usual surprise of discovering people's actual heights after only seeing their head and shoulders on video - I'm sure we can all relate to; 'Wow, I didn't picture you this tall' Our Recruitment Lead, Karina Watermeyer summed it up best: "This is the highlight of my year for various reasons - but being able to brainstorm, dream, laugh, and cry together in person hits different!" From strategy talks to building robots for robot wars and getting festive in Málaga town, we left feeling connected, energized, and ready to drive innovation for the upcoming year.
