Project Spotlight: ISUZU MOTORS (MIDI Europe), Verona, Italy🌟 Isuzu Motors, the renowned Japanese manufacturer and the largest diesel engine producer faced challenges with high temperatures in their production halls. This impacted employee productivity and created uncomfortable working conditions. To tackle this, our partner Cleverclima srl introduced our innovative two-stage evaporative cooling solution. Starting in 2022, three units of IntrCooll were installed at the (MIDI Europe) Isuzu Italy facility. Maximizing energy efficiency: Sustainable cooling for Grupo Bimbo's bakery in Dnipro with Oxycom's IntrCooll. 1️⃣𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲: 6 IntrCooll Plus units provide 84,000 m³/h of 100% fresh and cooled air. 2️⃣𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Our partner, Astra company, replaced the entire supply ventilation system without stopping production. 3️⃣𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: Two-stage evaporative cooling and EC fans reduced air supply by half and more than doubled energy savings. 4️⃣𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: The bakery will save over 25,000 EUR annually. 5️⃣𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Cool incoming air creates a comfortable atmosphere for employees, significantly lowering workplace temperatures. 6️⃣𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠: Prior to the IntrCooll installation, high temperatures at workstations were a challenge.
