Sindsdien zijn de gemiddelde huizenprijzen in de Nederlandse woningmarkt met maar liefst 9% gestegen! 📈 Bij alle provincies én gemeenten is er in de cijfers van mei ten opzichte van vorig jaar sprake van een prijsstijging. Echter, ten opzicht van vorige maand is dit niet bij alle gemeenten het geval. Ongeveer 20 gemeenten, waarvan de meeste in Zeeland liggen, bevinden zich net iets onder het nulpunt.
