Foaad was 25 jaar geleden de eerste monteur die ik aannam bij Oranjeflex . Hij is nooit meer weg gegaan en is onmisbaar geworden op onze afdeling E&I. Foaad is een voorbeeld voor iedereen in Nederland die echt hard moet werken om er te komen . Maar het loont. Vandaag (heel ouderwets) een horloge van de B(a)as. Bedankt Foaad 🙏🏻

Dat doen we door internationaal de beste CRAFTERS en de mooiste projecten in bouw, industrie en techniek te recruiteren. Behalve in Rotterdam, het Oranje epicentrum, zijn we ook actief in de landen waar goede vakmensen en Partners beschikbaar zijn. Door die lokale ORANJE aanwezigheid kunnen we de CRAFTERS namelijk optimaal selecteren. Daarbij kijken we allereerst naar vakliefde en dan naar skills, motivatie, ervaring en flexibiliteit. Als Builder ben je zo altijd gegarandeerd van de allerbeste vakmensen, met liefde voor hun beroep, die bergen verzetten en allemaal dezelfde vaktaal spreken: het ORANJE Jargon.
