Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association
Uitgeverijen voor boeken en tijdschriften
We represent our members working to support open access becoming the predominant model of publication.
Over ons
Representing our community of scholarly publishers and related organisations, OASPA works to support the transition to a world in which open access becomes the predominant model of publication for scholarly outputs. We are committed to our mission of developing and disseminating publishing solutions that advance open access, preserve the integrity of scholarship, and promote best practice. We help to ensure a diverse, vibrant, and healthy open access market that supports a wide variety of innovative solutions and business models. All our members undergo a strict initial review procedure and must then continue to exemplify high standards to remain part of OASPA. Having this core evaluation process ensures that we only represent organisations who share our dedication to maintaining best practices in OA publishing globally.

Calling all libraries and book publishers! Would you like to help learned society, subject association, and smaller specialist book publishers make a successful transition to sustainable open access models? If so, we would very much appreciate your responses to: - survey for librarians (https://lnkd.in/ednvV2uf) - survey for publishers (https://lnkd.in/eNmdp5Tb) - it would be helpful if library publishers would consider completing both – thank you. The survey will close on 28 June. PDF versions are linked from the online surveys in case you would like to discuss responses with your colleagues in advance. This survey is sponsored by UKRI in partnership with the The Association Of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP), The British Academy, and the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association.
