The inaugural Global Heads of Training Summit is underway in Dubai, hosting a series of workshops and roundtables on critical #safety #training topics within the #aviation sector. Held in partnership with Emirates, discussions are taking place around #CBTA, Pilot Preparedness, Concordance, Command Training, Technology for training and Culture and Operations. The program picks up on some of the key points cited at the recent IATA AGM, also held in Dubai,, which had a strong focus on cultural change to prepare for future training needs.
