Last week, Ilse Latour, Irene Oenes, Martijn Smit, Niek Helmens, Thomas Kolkman and Tom Huijgen participated in the Singelloop Enschede as a company team. The excitement started early, followed by pre-race nerves as some had trained more than others. As another company team’s T-shirt said perfectly: "We can all run, just some faster than others!" In the end, we all crossed the finish line and look back on a great event. Of course, we've already found our next sporting challenge to take on together. It's where everything comes together. Pieter Ravensbergen is a key player in our lab, contributing daily to both quality and development. He gives us a glimpse into the lab: "We conduct numerous measurements and even develop our own measurement methods. You might wonder what exactly we do. While the specifics are confidential, we can share that we test customer formulations to ensure their products are optimally sprayable. For instance, we perform droplet size tests, as not all droplets are created equal. We observe the visual outcomes and conduct precise measurements. One measurement is never enough, which is why we rely on the power of repetition and apply statistical analysis to our data.
