Are you a connector with an eye for interests and process and do you like to take issues forward? Then we would like to get to know you!  👉 Who are we?  We are OchtendMensen, an enthusiastic group of forward-looking young professionals. With a dose of energy, we dedicate ourselves to challenging projects at organisations in the (semi)public sector. In cooperation with TwynstraGudde we develop our personal and professional skills as well as substantive knowledge in a three-year programme.  At OchtendMensen, you work four days a week for various clients in various roles such as project leader, consultant, secretary or (junior) environment manager. On Fridays, we run our own office and you will follow training courses in consultancy, project management and personal leadership and develop your own talents and qualities. 👉 Climate & Sustainability At OchtendMensen's Climate & Sustainability market group, you get the chance to use your knowledge to accelerate sustainability transitions. You will work on themes such as energy transition, circular construction or climate adaptation. For our Climate & Sustainability advisory group, we are looking for young talent with a WO working and thinking level and background or strong interest in sustainability, energy and/or nature. 🗓️ Will you join the OchtendMensen team? ❗  Have you become enthusiastic? Two weeks ago, we hosted a dynamic alumni event focused on how students can make an impact once they graduate.
