Yesterday, Akastor ASA reported their Q3 results for 2024. We are proud to share that HMH delivered an EBITDA of $46 million this quarter, marking a 32% increase year-over-year. This matches the highest quarterly performance ever recorded since HMH was established three years ago. In addition, Dan Rabun's appointment as our new Chairman of the Board, along with the acquisition of Drillform, builds on our leadership and operational capabilities.

🎗️ This Pink October, HMH proudly joins the global community in raising awareness and making a significant impact in the fight against breast cancer. Together, we are committed to #BringGoodDays. Here are some examples of how our dedicated teams around the world are contributing: In Macaé, Brazil, our team has once again supported Unamama, a local organization fighting breast cancer, by donating 40 mammograms and IT equipment. We also conducted internal information sessions and sponsored and participated in the “Pink Rowing” charity event at Macaé Lagoon. Our colleagues in Norway participated in the “Pink Ribbon Run” in Kristiansand. Despite unfavorable weather, 28 enthusiastic team members completed a 3 or 6 km run. Their participation and fundraising efforts enabled HMH to make a substantial donation to the organization. In Veracruz, Mexico, our team organized an internal Breast Cancer Conference with local doctors and social workers, providing our employees with valuable insights on care, prevention, and intervention. We recently welcomed a delegation of regional companies to our facility in Erkelenz, Germany. Established in 1895, it is HMH's oldest site, representing our rich history and our commitment to continuous innovation and advancement. This event provided a fantastic opportunity to showcase #HMH and our cutting-edge products that are shaping the future of the industries we serve. We recently had the pleasure of visiting a tailings dam in Chile, where our Wirth™ piston diaphragm pumps have been in operation since the 1990s. These pumps continuously transport copper tailings sands to build up the dam wall on the tailings pond, thereby supporting the increase of the tailings storage facility (TSF) capacity. 🚀 Additionally, our technology aligns with the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISTM) by reducing water consumption requirements in slurry transportation. Our PD pumps are renowned in the industry for their **reliability** and **longevity**, and this visit provided invaluable firsthand insights into their long-term performance. 💪 Our team also visited the new pump station currently under construction, where new Wirth pumps will be installed next year to enhance the mine’s capabilities.
