Congratulations to the European Hyperloop Center with becoming the host of the European Hyperloop Week edition 2025!   Collaboration in the hyperloop ecosystem is crucial, and such events truly foster an open and progressive environment.   The edition last week in Zurich was a great success, and we are looking forward to next year's edition already!

The 4th edition of the European Hyperloop Week has wrapped up!   This year, the hyperloop community gathered in Zurich for the largest student competition, as well as a global congress to showcase the latest developments in the hyperloop ecosystem.   It was inspiring to witness the passion, commitment, and expertise of the participating student teams.   During the event, we organized the Hyperloop Industrialization Dialogues, bringing together leading companies to discuss the future pathways towards commercialization of hyperloop.   We also participated in the Innovate Mobility 2024 Conference, the Phase 1 Inauguration of the hyperloop test facility from EuroTube, and the partners day of the Hyperloop Development Program.   Extra credits to the award-winning teams, Vegapod Hyperloop | MIT World Peace University, ITU HyperBee Team, Tachyon Hyperloop, Delft Hyperloop, Queen's Hyperloop Design Team, mu-zero HYPERLOOP, and a special shoutout to Swissloop for winning the Hardt Hyperloop Scalability Award! 🏆   A special thank you to our hyperloop industry partner, EuroTube, for your great hospitality.   The European Hyperloop Week will take an interesting evolution, since next year's edition of this competition will be hosted at the European Hyperloop Center.   Stay tuned for more details coming soon!   #Hyperloop #Innovation #Technology #Sustainability #EHW

Hardt Hyperloop Reports Successful Vacuum Test in the European Hyperloop Center   Last week we conducted our first vacuum test, and directly reached our target pressure of 1 millibar.   1 millibar is 0.1% of the normal air pressure (1000 millibar, or 1 bar)   With such low air density there is minimal air resistance for the hyperloop vehicles, enabling high speed travel for very limited energy usage.   Additionally, the 420-meter European Hyperloop Center is also now the largest vacuum chamber in Europe, boasting a volume of over 3000 m³! (sorry for taking your record European Space Agency - ESA...)   This achievement is a significant step towards an efficient and sustainable future of transportation 🦾.   A huge thank you to Busch Vacuum Solutions for providing the vacuum pump.   Follow us for more updates from the European Hyperloop Center tests!

Happy take your dog to work day 🐶 Today we have expanded our team with our new CWO (Chief Wagging Officer) Laika. Laika was the first dog to be in space, and it is no coincidence that Laika will also be the first dog in the hyperloop! Besides such important tasks as patrolling the whole office and begging to be allowed in the meeting room, he has been also practicing yoga (don't miss the 3rd picture). PS.
