    The concept of learning and development can seem quite a distant one for employees. It’s often down to the lack of ‘buzz’ or excitement around learning. And as a result, HR and L&D are often perceived as just another department 🤷 However, as Polly Ivanova - at Puma, rightly pointed out in the latest episode of Moving Forward: “We quickly realised that HR should be more than just a function.     🏅 The role of a coach or manager in fostering resilience is crucial.    Paralympian Mariska Beijer - PLY shares:    "Our coach puts us in a good position to shine. He gives us the tools, strategies, and foundation we need. It’s up to us to make it all come together.
