GEODIS is proud to have received a 92% satisfaction rate from customers in its latest survey conducted in partnership with Ipsos! Thanks to all teams for this amazing achievement and to all our customers for their trust in us to manage more and more complex #logistics challenges. 🙏 ➡ The Net Promoter Score (NPS), which assesses #customerexperience through the likelihood of recommending the service, has risen sharply again, reaching 36 this year.  ➡ Our response rate of 16.3 % was particularly high, underlining the reliability of the findings. ➡ 73% of respondents consider that GEODIS goes to great lengths to solve the logistical challenges for them.   We always strive to do better, and to reach this goal, we had already set up dedicated customer relations teams and new rigorous customer service processes. For example, just for 2023, more than 12.5 million emails, 245,600 text messages and 2.4 million phone calls were handled by GEODIS | Distribution & Express customer relations services.
