[ANNOUNCEMENT] With the Farnborough International Airshow 2024 in full swing, we are delighted to announce the renewal of our Total Support Contract for Standard Parts with the Koninklijke Luchtmacht Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF). This agreement, revealed today at the show, ensures that Fokker Services Group will continue to provide comprehensive support for Standard Parts and Expendables, covering over 20,000 part numbers for a wide range of RNLAF platforms, including the AH-64 Apache, CH-47 Chinook, NH90, AS532U2 Cougar, C-130 Hercules, PC-7 trainer, and MQ-9 Reaper. Is there anything better than giving good news? We're over the moon to announce the inauguration of our solar facility at Fokker Services America in LaGrange, GA, USA. Yesterday, we celebrated this milestone with selected customers, business partners, and community members at our premises. Announced in April and completed in record time, this event marks another step in Fokker Services Group's global ESG roadmap, which focuses on five key areas, including carbon footprint reduction. We had the honor of welcoming LaGrange's Mayor Jim Arrington, who said: "Fokker Services Group Services is a valuable corporate member of our community. Their engagement and commitment are evident in their work with our Chamber of Commerce and the school district. This company is an example of doing it right!". Craig Winter MBA Winter, President of Fokker Services America, highlighted: "As pioneers in the aviation repair market, we take pride in spearheading sustainable practices. Our investment in solar energy underscores our dedication to environmental stewardship and establishes a new standard for our industry peers.” The event also featured Roland van Dijk and Menzo van der Beek, CEOs of Fokker Services Group, and the fantastic team at Fokker Services America, who were instrumental in organizing this event with the community. Once fully operational, these solar panels will produce 1 million watts of electricity, meeting 100% of Fokker Services America's annual energy needs and providing excess clean energy back into the grid. For aviation enthusiasts, the name “Fellowship” evokes meaning and nostalgia. The Fokker Fellowship, officially known as the Fokker F28, was introduced in the late 1960s. Its sleek design, advanced aerodynamics, and robust engineering made it a favorite among airlines and passengers alike. At Fokker Services Group, we’re proud to continue the legacy of the “Fellowship” name with the announcement of a new lease agreement for a hangar complex at Aviolanda Aerospace (Woensdrecht, NL). This facility will be dedicated to the maintenance of military NH90 helicopters and will be operated by skilled aircraft technicians from both the Royal Netherlands Air Force (Koninklijke Luchtmacht) and Fokker Services Group. The lease agreement was signed by Commander Erwin van Beljouw (RNLAF), and Menzo van der Beek, CEO of Fokker Services Group.
