Sonido launched the “Let’s Talk?” project, a call line designed to reduce loneliness by connecting individuals in need of a conversation, with people with disabilities who are open to sharing their experiences. 🛍️ Rimi Latvia is one of the leading food retail companies in Latvia with over 135 stores across the country and more than 5,000 employees. 🤝 Rimi Latvia partnered with Sonido to provide emotional support for their workforce. The social enterprise implemented a support line accessible to all Rimi Latvia employees, offering a safe space to talk and be heard, helping to address issues early and potentially prevent the escalation of mental health problems. The impact: ☎️ The number of calls increased from 160 in 2018 to 11,466 in 2022. 👥 Sonido employed 59% of its workforce from vulnerable groups between 2018 and 2022. ❤️ 65% of employees who used the support line said the conversation was valuable.
