Two of our recent VC transactions were announced in July. Axelera AI's EUR 63.5m Series B financing round, where we advised the lead investor, and Nearfield Instruments EUR 135m Series C financing round, where we advised the company. Great to see both transactions dominating VC and newsoutlets (Dutch Financial Times link to the latest article below). VC remains a main pillar of our transactional practice, more news to come.
