Dear friends, Last week we hosted a party for John Giesenburg as he embarks on his well-deserved retirement! The party was held in the iconic old water tower; a building that is out of service but still stands strong. It resembles John’s incredible journey at Chemship: a solid foundation built over 30 years of hard work and dedication. Thank you John, for everything you've done to help us grow and thrive. Dear Friends,   We’re excited to advise that a delegation of Chemship will be attending the 58th edition of the EPCA in Berlin this year. Representatives of our finance team, our operations team and of course our chartering team will be present to explain you more about our business and to tell you more about the initial findings of our “ground-breaking” sustainability innovation: the Ventofoils (sails) on board of our MT Chemical Challenger, the first Chemical tanker in the world with these sails. Chemship's traditional Summer party in Houston Dear friends, Last Thursday, we had an unforgettable time at our traditional Chemship summer party at Woodlands Social in Houston, celebrating 55 wonderful years! Our 55-year journey has been built on the strength of relationships, so it was fantastic to meet up with so many of our Houstonian friends in such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. During the evening, meaningful discussions started about the importance of people as our greatest asset, the challenges of sustainability, and the impact of changing fuel regulations — all key topics that will shape the future of our industry.   Once more it was great to be in Houston and on behalf of Team Chemship, I would like to send out a big “thank you” to everyone who joined us and looking forward to see you soon. #chemship #sustainability #stainless_steel #chemical_shipping

The acquisition of MT Chemical Contender increases the number of vessels we own, aligning perfectly with our philosophy of maintaining a young and efficient fleet to achieve the highest standards of sustainability and safety. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Tachibanaya for the continued friendship and partnership as together we have made some major steps in our joint journey towards success. A voyage full of innovation Our MT Chemical Challenger has left the port of Antwerp to commence her voyage to Turkey, and it goes without saying that we eagerly awaiting the updates on the performance of the “sails”. Dear friends, We are very proud of our world premiere of having the first hybrid wind assisted chemical tanker. After a very intense period in port which was earmarked by many vessel-visits with family, friends and stakeholders but also severe (international) media attention (newspapers, television and radio), our beautiful “sail” ship has literally “set sail” and started her next voyage. The start of a new voyage of MT Chemical Challenger is not only the start of a new voyage, it is the start of a new era.
