𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 🎨 At Cargo Cycling, we are proud to manage every step of the production process in-house, including powder coating our cargo bikes. Here, we ensure that our bikes not only look great but also have a durable finish. ✨ The process starts with cleaning and degreasing the raw materials. After drying, some parts are treated with a zinc primer, which helps prevent corrosion. Once baked, a standard primer is applied, and the parts are baked again. Then, we apply the final color and bake them again to ensure the perfect finish. 💪 Consistency and high quality are key in everything we do. Today we had the opportunity to take a closer look at our Chariot FS2 cargo bikes that have been operational around DHL Express Belgium in Antwerp for six months now. Very excited to see that these bikes are in excellent condition. Big complements to the DHL team (Steven Van Den Bosch, Kurt Dhaen, Raf De Bont) and their riders for their professional operation! As well as Kevin Smets from Velovonk for the excellent support. Very proud to see that there is no significant maintenance and repairs needed to keep this fleet of Cargo Cycling Chariots performing perfectly! Together, We Deliver.
