Celebrating One Year of "Ready to go!" at #BoekestijnTransport! 🚛 We are excited to mark the one-year #anniversary of our "Ready to go!" project at Boekestijn Transport. This program, aimed at #onboarding new drivers, has achieved great success over the past year, thanks to the hard work and cooperation of our entire team. In the last year, we have trained over 500 C E drivers, providing comprehensive training in various areas, including: ➡ Company presentations, where drivers learn about our history, values, and all our locations, ➡ Health and Safety (#BHP), ➡ The "Tara" driver application and declarations, ➡ #Accidents reporting, ➡ Road tolls and fines, ➡ Breaks and signing of contracts, ➡ #Tacho management, ➡ #CMR procedures. We celebrated this anniversary in Poland, recognizing that our colleagues in Moldova have been successfully running the project for a longer time. This event brought together all the creators and trainers involved. A highlight was a live video connection with our colleagues from Moldova, which strengthened our sense of unity and shared purpose as we combine our efforts and learn from the best. 😎 Sjef joined the celebration and gave a brief but inspiring speech, acknowledging the dedication and hard work of everyone involved. He highlighted how the "Ready to go!" project has developed a dynamic training system that continuously adapts to meet the needs of our drivers. Looking ahead, we are pleased to announce the upcoming opening of a dedicated training room, providing a state-of-the-art environment for driver education. Additionally, we will soon introduce the new #DriverManual, a comprehensive guide designed to support our drivers throughout their journey with Boekestijn Transport. The biggest and the most international #BoekestijnTalentsCamp for students has officially started! 🌍🚛✨ We're thrilled to kick off the third edition of the summer #internship program - our biggest and most #diverse yet, welcoming 11 talented interns from Poland, Turkey, India, and Ukraine! 🌟 Celebrating Kids Day with Our People-First and Family-First Values 🌟 On June 8th, we organized a fantastic Kids Day picnic for our employees and their families in both Moldova and Poland. This event highlighted our commitment to the values of "People First" and "Family First." Spanish spirit has left us! 😕 Last Friday was the last day of #erasmus experience for our hard-working Spanish students. 😎 They joined us as part of the Erasmus program. Over the past three months, they have worked diligently across various departments, including #CustomerService, #HR, and #IT. To honor their hard work and dedication, we organized a memorable #farewell event. The celebration included delicious pizza and speeches from representatives of the departments where the interns contributed significantly. During the event, we also distributed certificates of appreciation to each intern.
