    The definition of spam emails has changed. It used to mean: Emails that consumers did not sign up to receive. In fact, that’s still how the CAN-SPAM Act enforced by the FCC defines it… This includes emails sent to addresses that may have been scraped or stolen from another list or online location. Now it means: Any email recipients don’t want anymore. ISPs sometimes ignore whether people signed up for emails before they mark them as spam. A single disgruntled subscriber won’t impact your deliverability, but if the complaints pile up, the ISP could take action. So what does this mean for email marketers? Send only the most relevant content—personalized, targeted, timely—to protect your email deliverability. (You know, what you should have been doing already.)

    Yes, WhatsApp needs to approve every message template you send. Yes, it’s kind of a pain. But you can use Bird to generate messages with AI that are more likely to get quick approval. 1. Click on the Create Content tab and select “Create new message project” 2. Choose the text and visual elements of the message 3. Adjust your settings (support for additional languages, dynamic fields, etc.) Once WhatsApp approves your message, just double-check that it’s set to go to the appropriate list or audience, and then send it!     You know what's even more important than sending valuable emails? Actually reaching your customers' inbox. We’re not saying don’t write valuable emails. But we are saying put equal effort into making sure your hard work gets seen. Even if your emails are valuable, erratic sending volumes might get you flagged.
