Our recent BCD Travel survey examining corporate air travel finds that flexibility and convenience are kings when it comes to booking flights. Of the 1,319 business travelers we surveyed, more than half pay for checked luggage, with seat selection and carry-on luggage coming close behind. When it comes to cancelations and exchanges, half of travelers typically purchase fully or partially refundable tickets.
