Last week, we successfully conducted the Entrepreneurship Business Training Workshop in Ouagadougou and Lagos. This week-long event marked a significant milestone in empowering our stakeholders' businesses to scale up and enhance their market presence. Over 400 participants from Benin, Chad, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Mali, and Mauritania joined virtually, with a hybrid session in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) for French-speaking attendees. Participants from Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Gambia engaged in the English hybrid session in Lagos. The workshop covered 11 comprehensive modules, including technical business analysis, environmental assessment, investment planning, communication, and networking. Delivered by expert trainers with backgrounds in solar PV, finance, and business management, the training provided invaluable insights and skills to help businesses thrive under the Ecowas Rogeap _ Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project initiative. Theme: Championing Solar Entrepreneurs for Innovation and Impact This event is set to empower and inspire the next generation of solar entrepreneurs across the region, fostering innovation and making a lasting impact in the renewable energy sector.
